"The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, featuring comfortable seating and ambient lighting. The staff greeted us promptly and graciously. To start, we ordered not one but two portions of paani puri and a papri chaat. They were crispy, tender, and slightly sweet — absolutely delicious!
For our main course, we enjoyed chicken tikka masala (murg shan e daawat) and tandoori tarkari. Both dishes were outstanding! After 25 years of trying hundreds of tikka masala dishes around the world, I can honestly say that only a select few are as spectacular as this one. The tarkari was incredibly flavorful and satisfying.
For dessert, we chose the kesar pista kulfi, which was juicy, soothing, and a delightful blend of sweet, silky, and creamy Indian flavors. It was the perfect way to end our evening at Daawat restaurant. We decided that from now on, this will be our go-to place every time we visit Gothenburg."
