"We left within 5 minutes of arriving for our booking. Owner/waiter extremely rude and very un accommodating. He seemed extremely annoyed we had not specified that we needed a highchair in the booking and almost seemed angry we had children with us. Terrible customer service and people skills. He began to lecture me on how to book if future (which will never happen) before I had even sat down. Awful atmosphere, very dark, no music and very dated decor. Didn’t stay long enough to try the food. Would not recommend, in fact strongly advise to avoid and try the Italian round the corner from here Il Giralsole, we had a much more pleasant experience here."

"Very nice food although my salmon was a bit overcooked, veggie delicious, perfectly done if the butter will be put over could be 5, sea bass wonderful the same as the salads. Garlic mushroom starter very good. Wine from Turkey surprisingly good, that’s surprise for me. Service excellent. Sautéed lamb liver superb. I would most definitely come here again. "Let me tell you that you simply will not eat better Mexican food than this, anywhere, at any price. It cannot be beaten- It's absolutely, unbelievably delicious, hot and fresh, totally authentic, great value, and generous portions, served by helpful friendly staff. This place really is a hidden gem. Everything is thoughtfully prepared, with super-high quality ingredients- they even make their own salsa, and wait for it- their own chorizo. If you like Mexican food, I would implore you to try it, and I'm sure you will agree with me!"

"We ordered 2 pizzas. The staff ensured that only fresh mozarella would be used and I later saw the chef add mozarella that was not fresh nor Italian on it. Pizza was dry. Crust was terrible. Nothing like a real Italian pizza. Overpriced. Tomato sauce was not great either, definitely did not use fresh tomatoes. The place was very small and had no seating area to wait whilst the pizza was being made. There was 1 chair and when other clients opened the door it would bang into the chair I was sat on. The only Italian thing about this place is the song they were playing."

"Absolutely A-mazing!!!!! The most gorgeous food, 7-star customer service and most lovely atmosphere/feeling at the Coach House. I will surely be returning soon!!!!! So touched how much the lovely young waiter chap looked after us, I wish I’d asked his name because seriously, he deserves at the very least Employee of the Month award and all amazing things, for his pure thoughtfulness, kindness and care for each and every one of us at our table. All staff members are lovely too and are very happy to make your time there as great as they can but this lovely young chap really went out of his way to make our night special for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH The Coach House!!!!!!!"

"We rang this restaurant to make sure it catered for disabilities We were assured it did. On arrival we were met by Joe who showed us to an ideal table It was my partners first time out to a busy restaurant after a life changing injury All the staff were lovely but Joe in particular made sure that we had everything we needed to make it a positive experience If you are disabled or not I would highly recommend going here as food and staff are exceptional. "Had a really great breakfast and lovely coffee on Saturday morning. Well worth booking a table, which is very easy to do via an online app as it can get very busy and avoids disappointment. All the ingredients are locally sourced and of top quality. I also brought a granary loaf and Chelsea bun to take away both fantastic. Staff really welcoming. Service: Dine in"

"I was away with work in a local hotel and did not fancy paying ridiculous prices for a burger. So called here for food to take back to the room. Customer service was great, very friendly and welcoming. Ordered salt and pepper chicken and spare ribs in Bbq sauce and very nice it was aswell. I will defo be returning next time I'm down here.
