Beautiful starters like home-made foie-gras and "peasant" salad with mixed greens, bacon and eggs.I do not know where Roman finds the stellar but reasonably priced Cotes du Rhone wines he serves by the carafe, but it is worth the trip just for that.Great value at 31 euros for a three-course meal at dinner time."
