"Lost place among the rice fields of the Lomellina, set in a context that seems to have stopped at the time of the weeders and you can still breathe all the essence of that period. The renovation is very beautiful, which has kept all the characteristics of the original farmhouse, but with modern additions that enhance the solutions adopted. The menu is a triumph of flavors that satisfies all palates, even the most sensitive. From appetizers to main courses, passing through first courses, there are sophisticated and reinvented solutions that enhance the quality of the raw materials used. I wasn't able to take a picture of the latter, because the phone went dead, but we ate a sliced steak and an elephant's ear, absolutely among the best ever eaten. Top and highly recommended.
