"We visited this restaurant as we were staying overnight in Bordeaux and wanted an evening meal. Having used Buffalo Grills before we were so disappointed with this one. The staff were very unfriendly and had no time or patience with the fact that our our knowledge of french was limited. We felt very alienated and were not made to feel welcome at all. Having ordered something that we were able to vaguely translate off the menu we sat and waited what seemed like a lifetime. In fact it was well over an hour before the meal arrived with no apologies or explanation, just a shrug of the shoulders from the waitress. The food was average We ordered steaks. We decided to skip dessert as we didn’t want another long wait, so we paid the bill and left, never to return. Such a bad experience! We walked back to the hotel in the pitch black, it was light when we arrived, which says it all!"
