"We ate lunch from the Tulipe menu, but it was perhaps wiser and faster to take the menu du jour like almost all others in an almost full restaurant. The appetizers were good (especially a Chevre Chaude Salat). The main course, Bavette and Frites, took a long time to appear, and was a little despicable. I've eaten more beautiful Bavette, and the mountain of the frites was quite out of plaster. Desserts were excellent, and clearly something they are proud of themselves. The staff was friendly (and how almost everyone outside of Paris was sympathetic about the ongoing Brexit night space in which Britain has settled)."
