"I use this restaurant several times a year when visiting Paray le Monial, the nearest town. It's convenient for the heavily used cross-country route nationale 79, the nearest junction being only a hundred metres away so it makes a good lunchtime stop on a long...haul journey. Reasonably priced buffet (a little more expensive at weekends) and also the option of having fresh food cooked to order, which I've not yet tried. Being on French soil there are some twists you might not expect in a Chinese restaurant, like fresh loaves, green salads and a limited cheese board with some brie. There is a hexagonal counter with cold starters including sushi, then a selection of deep fried seafoods and poultry, a third area with hot dishes such as duck breast, beef and onion and chicken with peppers, rice and noodles, an extensive dessert selection with fresh fruit and pastries, and an ice cream bar. It's popular and busy, so the buffet is continually being restocked and food does not hang around too long. Staff are polite and attentive, and dirty plates have been whisked away by the time you get back from the buffet with your next course. The overall quality is very good, but choice can be tricky if you are on a low-sugar diet like me, as many Chinese dishes are on the sweet side."
