I assume they are collected regularly and filled up or cleaned. This gives points for cleanliness, but small deductions for the service because such a work is done, the guests come BEVOR. After looking at the map in front of the restaurant, the normal offer is the usual (order by numbers, all possible meat/seed/seed combinations), but now plays no part in my review. When assessing a lunch buffet for 7.50 euros, you must always ask yourself what I can expect for this money and to what extent these expectations were finally met.
