"Komplett ausgebucht" - was auch sonst.

"Maybe as a student, I'm predestined to have all-you-can-eat offers that guarantee a full stomach for little money. From Trier, I know the prices for an all-you-can-eat evening in a sushi bar, which is around 20 €, which is why I found the offer of this China restaurant with just under 10 € very pleasant and equally suspicious. And indeed my expectations were only partially fulfilled. The buffet is tiny and is often only slowly refilled. So, who hopes for particularly popular things like spring rolls or fried chicken, he must be fast or wait long. The food itself has the grace of warmed finished products, but tastes very well and can delight low-quality palates like mine. Fruits and ice cream are included as dessert in the price. Unfortunately, we also came up with the idea of ordering cocktails and among the diligent bees, wild panic broke out. Apparently, the ladies and gentlemen had already seen their own cocktail menu, but probably only rarely or never implemented. More and more Chinese people flowed out of the kitchen to give their must and in the end the fruit juices for the cocktails were exhausted from the fruit containers at the buffet. The cocktail of my girlfriend contained so much alcohol that she could hardly drink it and so we advise from the cocktails there in any case. But if you want to enjoy cheap food with a well-known pseudo-Asia-conserve taste with a wonderful view over the city, you can inveat the 10 € here."

"our first seminar day was over. completely used in the hotel. During the lunch break, I set myself a “Speed-Weimar-Explorationstour” and immediately harvested a bubble – no matter what. In the evening buffet dishes were announced at the hotel and my colleagues, and I wanted to see fresh air and something other than the (good) hotel. we were very centrally located for happiness and have taken us to the weimar old town. unfortunately again only in the dark. We liked the Jagemanns, so we were welcomed by a young employee. we were allowed to drink only. Nevertheless, we have received the menus. I liked reading this and it was absolutely distinctive and to my taste. but: is full. the hearts stayed with the beer, I wept. I sat in front of the house, Italy shouldn't be. Regional “Saale Unstrut” should be. a dry müller thurgau from the weingut tooth should it be. 0.2 l € 5,80. the wee good and cheaper than some more expensive wein Italian. the announced “elegant body” was “model thin”. but hopefully there should be an increase. so the famous white burgundy of the winery thürkind. 0.2 l 5,90 €. the € 0.10 more were well designed. very balanced and aromatic, a fine wine. That was a nice return. short, but the next day it was early. the restaurant comfortably maintained. the room nicely divided. . in summer you can sit here beautifully in front of the house. the toilets clean and well maintained. we were kindly accepted and left us back."

"Location Directly at Weimar's residence, just a few minutes from the areas of action of the great poet of classic Goethe from the marketplace. Nearby are the most beautiful places in Weimar. Ambiente The oldest and today still existing coffee house in Weimar, with a 160-year history, is the Residenz Café Restaurant. There is a traditional special coffee house atmosphere. A meeting place in Weimar for students, students, politicians, architects, tourists, business travelers and many others. You can meet in the Resi with a space for 120 people, with a generous view from the conservatory and with large dowel plants on the windows, in the historical separate Goethe room (up to 20 people or in the Red Salon (non-smoking room for 25 people). The seats on the window front were basket chairs. Inside dark coffee house chairs or four cuddly orange or red-colored sofas. The tables were dark, highly polished and simply decorated with a rose and candle. Music from Aida runs from the speaker. Service Black dressed with a long white apron, the trained service staff often coughed past us without finding the correct overview and rhythm. We were lucky at the table. The daily food offers were on chalkboards around the walls. From the map we chose the Thüringer Grillplatte in beer and mustard in inlaid brittle (Schweinenackensteak, Schweinmedaillions, Bratwurst, fried Bacon, Röstzwiebeln, Bratkartoffeln, Sourke and Thüringer Senf (11,50€). Also the daily offer of pasta tuna with tomatoes olive ragout (5.50€ was a very beautiful, tastefully well tasted part of the band noodles served in the hot deep plate. Conclusion: Due to the still very dominant coffee house atmosphere not only a dining room, but still amazingly good food."

"I hope I'll pass the headline, but we all felt it. as we had a longer walk behind us, it should be a bit easier. so we did not search for the big restaurants in the weimar, but for a cozy little restaurant we found with the cielo. with rather sad weather we enjoyed the bright inviting light that seemed on the way. but, a Friday night and correspondingly full seemed. but with some charm and conviction we were then promised to a table that will be occupied, but will be free in half an hour. when we were standing in front of the door in time, we had already covered our table well in the lower area. the restaurant is therefore divided into a beautiful terrace that is not occupied at the time, an upper part with a cozy bar/lounge atmosphere, from which they also have a good overview over the open kitchen and a lower part, accessible by a staircase, as above, cozy seating possibilities, some plants still recognizable as former beautiful olive trees. the winter has probably hurt, but soon they can go back to the terrace. the light is pleasantly damped, the pendulum lights give a slightly violet shade, overall there is a very modern atmosphere, still supported by the bar area opposite the kitchen. 20 of them had gathered together and sat together in a funny round. the good news, they paid fast and see there, suddenly they could talk again. that was important from the ground as a very nice waiter accompanied us through the evening, matthias, deckname rebecca. at least it was on the bill. we hoped we didn't get him too much, after all we had some questions about the weeping, eating and everywhere. but he did not discourage himself and ensured a relaxed, very pleasant atmosphere. to eat now. I was amazed by the map. in front of all the many risotti, who are often sought in vain. but in almost one you can say, find completeness. first we decided to start with. bruscetta portwein birnen mit ziegenfreshkäse congratulates and roasted walnuts 4,10€, Outside-Carpaccio 9,80€ and a small salat. carpaccio should look like that, so did it. dark meat, delicate cut. a little salad, lukewarm white brot, olive oil, pfeffer mill and salt brought from the huas, it decomposes on the rim, had an intense meat taste and was something else. the card. the pears surprised me. still very bite-proof, which was very pleasant for me, with still good harbour wine taste, over lukewarm melted, congratulated goat cheese and some walnut pieces. there are 4 different basic forms that they can combine with chicken breast, pork fillet, wild salmon, duck breast or bark fillet. as basic forms are carrot smok avocado, pear cholic, oyster mushroom risotto and risotto with dried tomato and rucola. with approx. booking them 6,00€, with the above mentioned ingredients they are maximum 13,00€. So, four of us, of course. 3 different grundrisotti, then lachsfilet, entenbrust and once pasta. similar principle. so there were pasta with spinach and cherry tomatoes, on them garnish 12,10€ . as is so common, the neighbour has in the better eating. that wasn't like that. we were all very done. really great risotto, nice fun with the right stickiness on the spoon, fresh ingredients, cut small vegetables and well roasted salmon fillet as well as with me the duck breast. for happiness not as in the card as a tranchen, but as a whole roasted duck breast, crumb, yet juicy skin and beautiful medium. really good. Why is there so rare risotto and weimar is so far. I wanted to know. small question to Matthias-Rebecca and he had his chef already play the charm. a sweet risotto dessert? there is not on the map, but what I got then let me sneak with the bee. sweet risotto, I think, with apple and pear pieces, slightly icy, with delicate apple columns, earthly and blue shape. and a fine lobe out of the magic cabinet! Thanks, can live so beautiful! and even cheap!"
