"After we had ordered at 17:00, the messages they would deliver only at 19:00. At 19:15 we called, as was not yet delivered. Apparently, the order should have expired, and they deliver at 8:00. At 20:15 we called again, and the food came shortly before 21:00. As an excuse, they offered us a voucher worth 50€, which they would send us by email. That didn't happen either. To all the frustration we have waited for our food every 4 hours, the pizza rolls were half raw, the pizza tasteless and the rest were only halfway fine."
