"my friend and I eat 18.10.2022 in florjans today. through the internet we were attentive to this restaurant. there came a small but very cozy interieur. a little further there was a large winter garden. arrived at the place where we were served immediately friendly and competent. my girlfriend ordered brot with aioli. this was actually not on the map, but it was still the wish. I had the cheese with rucola and speck as an appetizer and I must say that was the best appetizer I've ever eaten. the cheese was tenderer than my first romantic experience; and the marinated rucola was also a dream. also my friend was thrilled when the aioli was made and the brot crispy main course. what should I say I'm probably gonna dream about the next weeks. my friend had the rumpsteak with rosemary and pfeffer sauce a mixed salad. I had the tagestipp, lamb fillet with pesto gnocci and kirsch tomaten. the meat, be it the rumpsteak or the lamb, was perfect. very delicate and aromatic. the gnocci were perfect for the lamb. the rosmarin kartoffels were very taste-intensive. desserts were a very successful result. my friend took the tiramisu and I ordered the pana cotta. the pana cotta was very delicious. the tiramisu was tall and also a pale man mouse. the service was very professional. the environment was improved by relaxed music that had the right loudness.
