"I had a terrible service when I ordered a takeaway. It was so delayed and restaurant was not taking the delay seriously. Owner was very rude and he was ridiculing me when I was complaining about the delay as such this is normal in restaurant . Funny thing is that I have reached at least 5 minutes after the time given by Restaurant and they didn't have the manners to let me know about the delay and I had to waste my time waiting for a long time.
