"By chance we discovered this location when visiting the neighboring BMW car house. In the expectation to have just one kind of snack bar in front of us, we have controlled the parking lot. We were surprised when we were standing in a shop that resembles a small market hall. Wine, raised foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, stalls at which some of the foods already made from the material are served me fell down the chin. A few steps further, the visitor is in another world. Very bright, translucent, modern style. The pavilion has also attached a restaurant. SB, which means that the menus are on the wall and freshly prepared before the customer. Today on offer: Pasta Arrabiata, individually at 5,90 €, along with a drink of choice (0,2 liter) 6,90 €. Salad can be taken on the buffet, this is charged at gram prizes. Very good in taste. The noodles came to bite, the added ingredients were crunchy fresh, the sauce sharp. Maybe a tick too sharp, but quite enjoyable. I like this, my companion felt it too sharp in the finish. We have visited the place several times in advance, it is consistently good. Of course, it is not possible to create star gassing because of the concept, but the pavilion also has a different claim. Satt, good, satisfied, for Würzburg small money. The toilets have access to the fresh area, a ramp in front of it makes it possible to visit the toilets by wheelchair. The restaurant and the fresh area are also barrier-free. We like to come back as before."

"When we stroll through, we discovered this place with Balkan dishes. It is a bit outside of the city centre and is located directly at the Würzburg Funkhaus where there are some radio stations inside. In front of the house there are outdoor places so we spontaneously tried our luck. The advantage is that we always had a place early on. A little later it filled very quickly. On the roadside there are some parking spaces which were very occupied. We can't say what they cost. The entrance to the inner is flattering to the toilets comes through two steps. The outdoor area is on the walkway and converted parking spaces. Service We were looking for a free table without a reservation sign and shortly afterwards a gentleman kindly greeted us and asked if we would like to drink. To our answer he said, yes, we did, and asked if we needed a card - please yes, and he brought it the same. A lady and a gentleman were responsible for the service and they also recognized it through the t-shirt with logo on it and the black diocese pink. The drinks came Rasch to invade herself by the lady with a nice one and were placed with the logo as a guest. To make the card there was also the question whether we had found something. There was the info for Spotzl that this court is very sharp. Spotzl meant to fit and he said, but to your thing. Then he said to the confirmation, then we'll do that. We were also fed pepper and salt mills and vinegar and oil in a stand. The lady then brought the food with a please nice and wished a good appetite. Shortly afterwards, we got this from the gentlemen. Under the food there was a demand whether everything would fit and the empty plates were also immediately noticed. They asked if it tasted us and we still want something. We ordered a Manowar dessert twice, which was accepted with one. These came quickly with one, please. The empty glasses were noticed immediately and on the question whether it should be something we ordered the bill. The bons quickly came to the table with two house snaps. It was thanked, one wanted another one evening and there was a warm welcome. Very friendly and attentive, we felt very comfortable. Five stars. There is a brewery card here but with a printed cover, however, the clear films are still present. On the house wall there are tables with daily dishes. The map includes several different dishes variations – soup paste pizza-burger- Balkan – meat dishes- fish – desserts. We decided to have two dark wheat at €4.20 each. Can't remember this one already drank. There is in the ironing bottle, here for yourself and was not even bad. Then for two Sljivovitz for 3,50 € each. These were served in – I always say small flower vase- and very tasty. From the house there was a snack, but we couldn't define something sweet. To eat we chose Cevapi u Lepinji – meat rolls, homemade bread, Ajavar, Onions, Kajmak for 10,50 € and Cevapi “ Sis Cevap” 2 pieces Cevapcici spicy) Ajavar, Onions, Pommes frites, Djuves rice for 14,50 € U Lepinji was somehow constructed like a döner, good only meat and b The bread was very tasty, nice crispy roasted but still beautifully soft inside. Cut up like a Döner bread but much more delicious. Inside there were 8 pieces of Cevapcici. These had a nice firm consistency, as we like it, fried and a taste. The garlic was represented here as well and it was tasted out. As we do not know, we decided to give the Ajavar and the onions in and take with our hands and bite. The Ajavar was a bit of tomato, but it also came through pepper taste and it was well tasted. The onions were freshly sliced. We did not know Kajmak and do not know what it is. We think it was the white sauce that was served in a bowl. Some kind of acidic and yogurt. I don't know, just try and decide – we don't need it here. The bread with everything inside was something different and tasted very well. Ajavar and onions have already been described. The Cevapcici here had been grilled a little longer and packed on a spit. It was hot with chiliflakes. They must bear that sharply, they really were. In combination with the meat from the spit it was very tasty to eat – but you have to eat sharply. The pommes super crispy fritted, not greasy, inside beautifully soft and wonderful with – we say once-pommes salt have been seasoned. The rice had been cooked to the point, refined with tomatoes, yellow peas and some paprika. The rice was good, but after the other dishes we would have liked a little more. Sometimes other dishes at a Balkan offer. We would return immediately here, it tasted 4.5 star ambience On the table there is a deck, a wind-catcher, a bowl, a glass with tealight and a jug with cutlery and napkins. Delimited to the road is here by flower boxes. Parking was also converted into an outdoor area. It is shaded here by red parasols . The seating consists of dark type rattan chairs on which red seat cushions are located. You have to remember that there is also the walking path. We saw where we took place and we think we made the best of it. 4 star cleanliness On the outside, everything was clean, tables were wiped off, but only so sporadic outside. In the toilets the usual dust traces. 4.5 stars"

"A trip to Franken always comes as a pleasure tour: rich food, good wines, beautiful landscape. After many excursions to the area of Volkach and Sommerach, Würzburg really offers itself – especially recommended in October, as already practiced before me StadtLandGenuss. The views of Marienberg Fortress and the Käppele are legendary and almost visual! And if you're standing on the bridge in front of the Old Main Mill, you'll think you'll be abroad, maybe in South France or Piedmont. During our three-day stay in Würzburg, we cannot consume without interruption in the best will, but we still have a beetle of wine. It seems that the many people who drink, chat, laugh with a glass on the Old Main Bridge and enjoy the moment. The bridge with its statues and saints can be considered an absolute hotspot, always well visited. Right on the bridgehead is the Gasthaus Alte Mainmühle, which includes a pavilion with a bridge. In the 1920s there was a kind of power plant and a wave bath. Many new, new buildings and new buildings have made a beautiful place from the historic building, uniquely located, very rustically equipped, with a cozy ambience. Wooden floors, brick walls and very much light through the large roof panels and outlet windows create a cozy ambience. In good weather you should definitely take a place on the balcony with a magnificent view of the fortress. Here you can enjoy Franconian hospitality. The map offers defensive, regional specialties such as blue ridge, pork ridge, sausages, but also exceptional and modern interpretations such as a porcelain with mountain cheese on tomatoes ragout or a flame cake with blood sausage and sauerkraut. In addition, a very impressive selection of regional wines (from the local Juliusspital, citizen hospital or winery on stone, both as quarters or as eighties or as bottle wine. Here you can spend a few days without being boring. Unfortunately, the rooms are located on different levels, so there is no accessibility. The (cleaned and well maintained toilets are located on the upper floor at the rear. On the perhaps last sunny day this autumn we decide to enjoy the wine on the bridge. We choose a quarter of Silvaner (for 4.50 Euro and a quarter of Rotling (for 5,00 Euro). Both wines shimmer so intensively in the afternoon light that you can believe in an optical illusion. The Silvaner keeps aromas of apple and pear, which rotting reminds of strawberries and raspberries. Both wines are served well cooled and generously cast. On the main bridge there is a dense crowd where young and old, locals and tourists meet. There is free live music and an intoxicating view of the Panorama Würzburgs. Strange: While on the other hand every open-air event must be fought hard for the absence of any city festival, everything seems to happen without any problems. Only one should not put his glass on the stone walls unattended. This could politely ask the local “bridge officers” and ask for safe stability (always hold a hand on the glass! A visit to the Old Main Mill is definitely recommended due to the unique flair and the Genius Loci. The service staff acts transparent and grounded, with traditional Franconian charm. One more tip for all descendants: New Year's Eve is offered a special program for which some places were still available at the time of my visit (end of October 2019). If I didn't have plans, I'd let that nice option go through my head. One can hardly imagine a better attitude for the change of the year."
