"We were four in the ESTUS at the beginning of September. The ESTUS is centrally located in Zirndorf and parking is possible nearby (by ESTUS and then left large parking area . The ambience is very modern, clean but cozy we felt comfortable. We were cordially received by Lotte and supervised by Max. I had the menu for 66€ consisting of wild-catcher red garnel Paprika Lardo Katsuobushi Amaranth Szechuan Carpaccio green rib mussel eggshell zucchini linseed hemp oil bread yeast Shiitake Kohlrabi onion carrot honey parsley pork Edamame Miso vir. The food was excellent! Admittedly, one or the other gear is in need of reconciliation, such as the BARF (Carpaccio Grünlippmuschel egg shell Zucchini linseed hemp oil, which is inspired by the idea and optics to dog food and has thus also been communicated. The dish is very strongly reminiscent of Japanese cuisine, but it may be recognized by a Franconian shepherd fanatic; although I am a meat lover, the vegetarian dish with the main component Kohlrabi has tasted best.
