"We were stuck for something to do with the kids on a rainy day and decided to head into the mountains after reading about L’Eternisula. We were not disappointed! Right from entering the restaurant we were made to feel welcome and to feel nothing was...to much trouble. We had to sit in a corner because they were busy, but the got free chairs and a table from outside to make us as comfortable as possible, and to be honest, this just made it feel more special for us and the kids. The food was nothing short of amazing, helping us understand what the dishes were. They even said the Le Croque was to a bit to big for 1 each for the kids, and without asking offered to split 1 and serve it as 2 plates. The food came in good time and when a table that could seat us became available offered to move us, but we stayed as we liked our little corner! With the main course gone we had to try deserts and one of our kids wanted the Chocolate Fondant but didn’t want the vanilla ice cream. Again they said we should have something as the centre is hot, and offered whipped cream or an ice cream of her choice. To be honest I rarely give out 5 stars unless I think they have gone out of their way to be helpful or just given superior service, and L’Eternisula gave all this AND great food! The drive through the Needles was stunning, as is L’Eternisula!"

Attention, there is no booking possible, even when arriving at the place: I advise to leave at 11:30 (even if the restaurant part opens at 12:) at 5 min, at 11:55, we had to wait 13:45 to have a table. dishes are expensive but very good, very good personal. flat: the competence of the servers (several servers for the same table, so, not easy for the management:) having asked, ice creams, then salt and pepper, then fried sauces, at different servers, we never got anything! the moment was however very pleasant. nb : the small shower near the toilet is more than appreciated for the desalination after swimming at sea"

"so yes, very good restaurant, a perfect service, smiling, welcoming and little care, really. But the note! Salt! I wanted a dorade, I was offered a sar, " by saying c is the last, enjoy in!!" certainly very good but I didn't think twice or almost of the price of a dorade! She doesn't tell me the price, not to be that it is me that underestimates the quality of this fish but I don't think I would obviously have taken something else at that price... that's a shame. I would like to re-enter the wonderful reception and service, very pro."

"Particular notion of health pass, masks are on the chin...The bread is unspotted with the hands that have previously touched moults objects. The bread basket falls on the ground and is reused in the wake. The unaten bread is served to the following, the wine with the pichet not finished also. Young waiters and waitresses are nice and do their best to satisfy you. The boar terrine was really very good. Mixed printing, it could be really good yet."

"We stopped for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised! The dishes are hearty, typical Corsican but not too special, rich flavors, good local products, the service is fast and the staff is very nice! Despite the road, the terrace is in the shade, lined with plants so you feel good there. In short, I recommend 100%. We had the lasagna (brousse, panzetta , the caramelized piglet (citrus sauce, chestnut polenta and small vegetables , the veal skewers (with homemade mashed potatoes , and the chicken penne (well served . ! For dessert the sorbets were delicious!"

"We decided to go back and swim in the beautiful Cauv river. There is the restaurant Les 3 Picines at the end of the road. We decided to eat there even though we thought it would be like any beach side restaurant, overpriced and at best decent food. We were surprised to find out we were so wrong! Our waiter was wonderful. He squatted down to take our orders eye level. When Bob ordered the Tagliatelle à la Corse he said it was sanglier (wild boar) this only made Bob happier and our waiter appreciated his enthusiasm. I ordered the Salade Corse which was so beautiful. Red lettuce perfectly dressed sprinkled with pine nuts three different types of Corsican charcuterie, a perfect fried egg, Fig confiture and a generous slice of the special Corsican ewe’s milk cheese, brocciu. Bob’s dish was generous, the wild boar cooked beautify in a delicious sauce. And each our meal cost only 14 euros. A very good deal. The road to the end is not full of pot holes, but plenty of speed bumps! You just cannot see them because the road is dirt and dusty. I just went slow in first and second gear and it was fine. A wonderful day in Corsica!"

"First the good things: Pizzas and meals are ok, the place is directly on the beach wich is beautiful if you dont have to seat in the middle of the restaurant. Service and ambiente is uncomfortabel. Everyone is in a hurry and they creat a complet stressful ambiente. Always is someone rumpling against your chair and widespread hectic.No friendly smile or some nice words with the guests.Its more clearance than hospitalitiy."

I ordered the salade corse that was so beautiful. red salad perfectly with sweets bestreuted three different types of corsican basketerie, a perfect roasted egg, fig confiture and a generous disc of special corsican ewe milk cheese, brocciu. bobs dish was generous, the wild wild boar cooked in a delicious sauce and each of our meal costs only 14 very well. the road to the end is not full of potholes, but many speed bumps! They can only not see them because the road is dirty and dusty. I just walked slowly in the first and second stages and it was good. a wonderful day in Corsica!"

"Great restaurant, a very nice surprise. A warm welcome, delicious cuisine. A cozy and magnificent place with the central fireplace which was lit. The corn polenta and wild pig stew to die for. Veal stir-fry with penne is also excellent. The waitress (Camille) is excellent, very professional and smiling. We also loved the chestnut liqueur, we left with a bottle. Homemade restaurant at the top of the Col de Bavella not to be missed! Rooms: 5"
