"We had a lunch during our break from a ski course, a waitress, blond petite size, was awfully disrespectful to almost all the patrons. Even couple of colleagues saw the way she was telling off to customers who were trying to order food. And, I even heard the similar comments from the participants of my course. It is best not to recruit waitress who does not meet the basic requirments to offer services to cutomers but only tarnish long built reputation of the restaurants. The food was above average but the service with this particular waitress was terrible plus horrible."
