"Given the amount of eating options available in Barcelona, it's easy to be overwhelmed by the amount of eateries. Walking up or down any given street, restaurant staff stand on the kerbside, offering menus as you walk by. Beef Bull Club doesn't particularly stick out as a potential option; it's located at the opposite end of La Rambla near the World Trade Centre), and from the outside it does look like a fast food takeaway joint in a similar vein to a pizza or kebab shop). On the inside, there are several tables stretching the length of the restaurant. The staff were friendly, welcomed us in and ushered us to our seats. The menu was easy to understand, but was missing drinks prices. We all had a burger, fries rustic chips, and a drink. 3x large Coke €6 each €18) 2x rustic fries €4.50 each €9) 1 standard fries €3 1 classic hamburger €7.60 including an extra €1.50 for melted cheddar as the burger came without cheese) 1 Beef Bull Hamburger €8.60 1 hamburger piamentosa €7.20 Total bill, for three 2 adults and a teenager), €53.40. What isn't made clear when I ordered was that chips fries aren't included and have to be purchased extra, so bear that in mind. In terms of quality of the food, it was excellent. All three of us cleared our plates. It's easily been the best thing we've eaten whilst we've been here in Barcelona. From the outside, it looks like a bit of backstreet fastfood place. Get past that, and you'll uncover a gem. Even if the gem is maybe overpriced a little. You will have cheaper options, but if it's a burger you're after, you'll be hard pressed to find one better."
