"I had a disappointing experience at Uncle Sam’s. I was initially approached by what seemed to be the owner, who appeared friendly. I decided to give the place a try with my toddler for breakfast. However, when we arrived, we were asked to sit by the bar and wait to be seated. To my dismay, 15 to 20 minutes passed, during which I saw three other families who arrived after us being seated promptly. Reluctant to cause a scene, I approached the owner and politely expressed my dissatisfaction, suggesting that we might go elsewhere. To my surprise, the response I received was far from professional. The owner dismissively stated, “Well, it’s your problem, not mine.” This lack of customer service and unprofessional behavior left a sour taste in my mouth. When I’m trying to enjoy a meal with my child, I don’t expect to encounter such rudeness and indifference from the establishment’s owner. I won’t be returning to Uncle Sam’s, and I wouldn’t even rate my experience there 1 out of 5 stars. The owner really needs to mature and learn to handle customer concerns in a more respectful and considerate manner."
