"Travelling with two celiacs, who don’t eat seafood, is pretty tough in Barcelona. For my wife and stepdaughter it’s been pretty much nothing but chicken paella with potato tapas. To their delight, this restaurant recently started GF pizzas, (not yet indicated on their menu, but we took a chance and asked hostess). They loved it, saying crust was good, (celiacs understand a good GF crust), but mostly just a nice change for them. The pizza is ‘medium’ sized, and was nicely shared between the two. Small extra charge, (2.50€, I think). I had the Tapas meal for one, with a salad, mixed tapas, (typical quality from most places in tourist areas), and half bottle of wine. We all walked away full and happy, and felt value was really good. I have no doubt Downtown will see us again in the next week."
