"Visited here on our final night in Madrid as we wanted to tick off some final tapas and paella. The restaurant itself is fine with bright lighting and a decent menu. However, the service was slow and the food was awful. The hot tapas was cold, the garlic prawns were slimy (and hadn’t had their shoots disposed of which was very offputting) and the paella was totally dry, burnt to the pan and had little to no flavour. If i’d been able to communicate this to the staff, I’d definitely have sent it back and refused to pay. My boyfriend was also sick later that night which we’re convinced was due to the food there. I can’t say how disappointed we were and I’m amazed that they can call themselves ‘number one.’"
