My family discovered it when we were living in Granada, and our sons walked by the door every day after school mesmerized by the heavenly smell that wafted into the street each day. It is really a jewel. The food is excellent, and we go there every time we return to Granada without fail. Their bocadillos are excellent—with the Colombiana being a truly epic sandwich. Their empanadas are outstanding too, and everything we have tried is great. The fried Yucca is unreal and comes with a homemade salsa that’s exceptional. Lastly, it’s a family run business, and the Family who runs it is lovely. They are warm and welcoming and kind. Lavan K. Sabor is the kind of place you will miss if you don’t know it’s there, but it’s also unique and absolutely delicious. Este lugar es uno de los secretos mejor guardados de granada.
