"I have eaten at this restaurant before and had takeaway and been happy with the food. On this occasion my wife ordered the seafood spaghetti and it along with all the other dishes arrived looking excellent. The only problem was of the 4 Mussels that were on the plate 2 were totally closed. Although this may have improved the aesthetics of the dish (in the view of the chef) placing inedible food on a plate seems very odd.
