So we explained to the waitress that we were hungry because the portions a la nouvelle cuisine were very small, but things didn't go any faster. Nevertheless, there were certainly enough service staff present, but they were just running around hectically. It was chaotic and there was no cozy atmosphere. We also sat in a draft and were given a blanket like in a mountain hotel. The food was okay, but no course could really inspire you and make up for the chaos. Everything was served lukewarm, including the beef fillet, on a cold plate. A waiter said that they would like to return the favor with a drink, but we paid 400 euros for two, with a good champagne, for this uncomfortable New Year's Eve evening. This promise was not kept either. So after that evening we said goodbye to the new year unsatisfied. The price-performance ratio is not right at all and we would no longer want to celebrate New Year's Eve there and can no longer recommend the Tast restaurant to all of our acquaintances and friends from Gran Canaria. I also spent New Year's Eve there and ate the multi-course menu with wine a few times and was thrilled. Unfortunately not this New Year's Eve..."
