"When we entered Havaco, I asked a member of staff if they were still serving food, even though it was only 7pm on a Sunday. I was informed yes and told to take a seat, which we did. For 10 minutes we sat a table waiting for a waiter/ess to bring us menus and to take a drinks order, but the staff were too busy smoking and chatting outside. Nobody came near us, so we decided to leave, even when we got up tp leave the staff remained outside smoking and chatting, totally uninterested. Rude, rude, rude."
