"Great hotel but there’s still room for improvement: central heating only worked for the first 30 seconds. I had the misfortune of being in the city during a very cold unusual week, so I really didn’t appreciate this. the standard breakfast is bland and very poor in options. However, the one they serve on the Level Club floor is absolutely amazing. Had it once and wish I had it every day. there is no guidance for the phone to call reception. Wanted to call the reception but couldn’t find the number. The keys were not labelled. a reason for concern: there was a card inside my room on the table, welcoming another person, which made me think twice if they really did the cleaning thoroughly before I arrived or not. coffee options for breakfast were really poor. It’s not worth it having great machinery if you use average beans. thr gym is a joke. It’s like they had a 30m2 room and didn’t know what to do with it. Equipment is really old and limited. Plus, there’s zero views, as the hotel has great scenery all around, the gym is an inside room, no real windows to the outside. Not a bad experience but there’s a few things to improve. Views are spectacular."
