They agreed to refund me the amount, €41 no less, a couple of days later, it was not like that. I called a few days later, Daniel answered me, I don't know if he was the manager, but he was very kind, he apologized for his colleague, and that the amount would be refunded in a few days. To this day I am still waiting for the amount to be returned. A shame because the pizzas were pretty good, but with the experience, I won't be ordering there again.
