"Nice experience, food started like old times at home. Home made soup beforehand, creamy tomato carrot cream, quite promising! Then a plate of average salad with house dressing. Appetizers with homemade meat slices. Extensive menu, selected the Wienerschnitzel based on previous reviews. Unfortunately, very thick breading and deep fried pieces of meat. Not my taste and used to better for that price. Frites rather salty. We also had bratwurst with rösti. Not at all what we expected, this was no more than supermarket quality, sauce not bad but dry, mealy and without meat structure and dull taste. Half a bottle of red house wine for almost 30 euros. The reservation process in advance was simple and clear, the welcome was nice and personal with our name sign. A downpour shortly after arrival did not spoil the fun. Checkout just took quite a while. Anyway, Nice adventure, bellies filled, see photos."
