"It's great to see what new ideas/dishes Sergio surprises us with. Whether a carpaccio of 130-day-old Bresa, the dry aged variants or a first-class regional wine selection. Coupled with the passion that can be felt in the entire team, it was wonderful with you again. And price/performance is absolutely ok even in the 4th year. Next time I'll try the dry aged salmon!
