"Decided to try this place out for dinner, the whole look of the place was rather dated but the menus were in Spanish and there seemed to be a few locals enjoying their meal so it seemed like we could get some good quality food here. Unfortunately I cannot rate the quality of the food so the 1 star review is based on service alone. Despite there being only two other tables in the restaurant on our visit we had to wait 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the waitress who was cleaning the bar. We had to ask for menus and when we did so they were practically flung across the room at us. The waitress then proceeded to walk off twice as we were in the middle of placing our order to chat to other customers. Seeing as this was clearly a local restaurant rather than for tourists I tried to to order in (admittedly imperfect) Spanish and received no assistance whatsoever. Now I know Spanish customer service is not typically as attentive as we receive in the UK, this doesn’t bother me in the slightest, what I found unacceptable was this woman’s appalling rudeness to potential customers. Needless to say we left without ordering."
