"The service and the standing of this restaurant does not live up to the type of clientele they claim to attract. The setting is nicely designed and decorated, the food overall is correct, but you will find places as fancy and classy with a much better food taste, wine selection, and most importantly better customer service. E.g, I ordered spinach ravioli and ended with a meat ravioli on my plate. Waiter manager did not offer to take it back, and only offered a ridiculous 5% discount off the total bill. All of this with attitude and condescension. Unacceptable."
