"We were here with two people to the lunch table and could sit on the roof terrace in wonderful weather. There was a selection of several lunch menus. We had pizza (free choice) with salad and dessert for 7.90€/person. There was a small appetizer for this. The service was attentive and the quality was good. Price level is ok: 2x lunch menu and 3 large drinks around 23€. We were very happy"

"first to eat, this is always super tasty and inexpensively completely okay. Unfortunately I was told at our last order to Mainhausen/Zellhausen that is only delivered from 35 euro to zellhausen (it was always from 25 euro.) I then asked if my order can be briefly computed and whether it is enough. there I was told: no, there are still 10 euros....okay, we went to get the food. my son then went in, fetched the food, price 36 euro, 1. a euro above the alleged minimum order value and still was not delivered and 2. it was usually delivered to mainhausen from 25 euro. that I found really angry, because the quality and the price of the food is top!"

"Hat sich schon Ewigkeiten in Babenhausen gehalten. War als Kind schon da. Wir waren immer zufrieden. Klar sind die Preise wie auch in anderen Dönerläden angezogen worden, allerdings sind hier die Portionen auch noch ordentlich wie ich finde. Ist solide und kann man definitiv essen und bestellen. Lieferung ist zudem auch sehr schnell."

"Wir waren zu viert als Familie dort und leider sehr enttäuscht. Wir haben eine Rinderkraftbrühe mit Tortillini bestellt. Hier schien die Brühe leider nur aus einer Packung angerührt zu sein. Daraufhin haben wir Lachs in Sahne Sauce bestellt. Diese Sauce war vermutlich aus einer Knorr/Maggi Packung angerührt, was für ein Restaurant ungenügend ist! Leider waren auch die übrigen Hauptspeisen nicht selbst zubereitet, sondern eher nur angerührt. Das einzig befriedigende war der Salat. Wir waren früher sehr oft in diesem Restaurant zu Besuch und recht zufrieden. Leider wurde dieses Restaurant im Januar 2017 an einen neuen Inhaber übergeben und scheint seitdem an der Qualität zu sparen! Zusätzlich war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mangelhaft! Für einen Lachs (vom Aldi) und eine fertige Sauce über 15 € zu verlangen, scheint hier ein schlecht kalkulierter Preis zu sein. Wir können dieses Restaurant daher leider nicht mehr weiterempfehlen!"

"It was a successful visit to the GOLDENEN ENGEL in Babenhausen: the meat portion of the GRILLTELLER for €16.50 corresponded to an entire weekly and was delicious. Gü, a connoisseur of goose, duck, wild and liver dishes, was really enthusiastic about his cattle leather with roast potatoes for €15.50 and plans to visit his sister. The chicken breast fillet for 12,50 € was inconspicuous and good, Evas salad plate with a rag steak was surprisingly cheap at 12,50 €, missing the variety – many green leaves. Compared to other locals, the Schlappeseppel Pils were 0.4 l for 2,90 € and the large wheat beer for 3,70 € was also very favorable. All around: a perfect evening with a nice host!"
