elegant location with view of the colorful glass river! friendly and very kind staff, excellent quality food! clean, clean and professional waiters. wide menu with possibility to make changes. I highly recommend it!

Storic restaurant in centyer of Sesto Calende, he is representing the classic restaurant. Fine and well created dishes with good quality of raw material. Its for sure a solid stone in the local restoration. very good service and kind peoples.

we were on the way to the airport and stopped for lunch. the place was empty when we came and so we were a bit hesitant, but decided to trust the reviews and we were not disappointed! the waitress gave recommendations that we followed and...all was great! it won't be the only time we're taking a lunch break here

it was not my first time in re restaurant and with my pleasure, the high quality standard and friendliness of the personal are still there. Multilingual staff is a strength of this place, an always clean and clean environment and of course that. chef, when they pass by sesto calende, they should stop for a meal.

the restaurant has long been a certainty for us: a place where to eat well of the dishes cured, simply wanted and never banal. the menu, evolves less than perhaps of a time, keeping the “battle horses” and, above all between the first and the second, ensuring respect and enhancement of seasonality. Finally, the service is impeccable, discreet but always attentive. all in an unsatisfactory position overlooking the river.

I was at lunch in this restaurant we ate outdoors in front of the river ticino excellent service professional but attentive friendly and cared .a first excellent tagliatelle with sword and eggplants a harmony of flavors really from 10 and then praise of why it is a fish of our lake with potatoes and zucchini roast all many good a sweet type tiramisù but very light delicious with of the Greek yogurt of the raspe of the excellent relationship.

We didn't had a reservation and it was quite busy but they worked us in. They waiter was friendly and professional. They made the effort to approach us in English, french and German. Luckily we are flemish so we speak it all. The starters were...good, not fantastic but good. The main course however was excellent, we took the steak with truffled mushroom sauce. But I have to honest it is a bit expensive for what you receive. But at the end we were happy we've entered this restaurant.

I had many breakfasts in this restaurant and an evening meal during a week in the hotel. marcia, the server that is during the morning shift is very friendly and professional. eating is always nice, with yogurt, granola, fruit, crust bread, cheese and meat. it is not the typical continuous breakfast they would find in North America, and the cappuccino is of course perfect. they serve fresh, seasonal, local products. for dinner I had nice scallops to begin a delicious lasagne with a mushroom sauce and tiramisu dessert. it was disgusting.

I had already been in this restaurant with friends and had fun, so when my boss asked me to organize a business lunch on a sixth I decided to propose it. the food and service were excellent, great fish of the lake and delicious risotto, the location overlooking the beautiful and well-kept lake, all this deserves 5 stars! but my boss who went to pay said that the lady was extremely rude, that treated him with superiority, that made him wait while he was on the phone, etc. and that from this behavior we will not return! really a shame because for all else deserve praise!
