"I asked courtesy employees to heat my carving sandwich, but they all replied that there is no way to heat it. I have just commented on this subject, but as far as I understand, there is no improvement. Edit: as it is an international airport, as you can expect people to need something different than your “traditional” way. My point is, it would be good for you to keep a simple microwave in your kitchen to satisfy international customers. Especially if it is displayed here by them. Thank you."

Food &service is better if you speak German but it’s unlikely gonna happen at the international airport ..double standards: edit: rude lady at the grill and almost throwing the plate onto my tray. guys behind spoke German and received way better service. it is unbeleviable these days..

Food is alright but the workers are legit the rudest people I’ve ever met, I spoke German to them to try and be polite and got laughed at and mocked like I couldn’t understand them, only to stand in line waiting for my food and have my elderly dad shoulder checked by a worker.
