"We were very happy that a new restaurant opens on Guérande... But very quickly disappointed after three times, when the staff does not wear a mask, while it is mandatory even in the kitchen. The vegetarian was carbonized and when we reported it, the cook took it very badly by saying that it was normal for him to be black! That it was perfect! "A la lecture des différents avis on aurait pu penser que ce restaurant valait le détour mais c'est loin d'être le cas. En effet, j'ai eu le sentiment de me retrouver dans une grande chaine de restaurant que vous trouvez à la sortie des grandes villes : vous y mangerez quelques plats traditionnellement proposés dans les cartes de ces grandes chaines avec une présentation médiocre et un service encore plus médiocre. Nous avions trois plats différents et aucun ne relevait la moyenne, tous sans originalité, sans goût et sans présentation mais vous payer le prix d'un restaurant qui propose des plats travaillés, originaux et avec des produits de qualité. Aussi je m'attendais à trouver à la carte un peu de poisson mais il faudra vous contenter d'une brochette de St Jacques qui était mal cuite. Amis touristes : à éviter !"

"A great discovery. A restaurant with a modern atmosphere with a natural beige wood type decoration with beautiful light fixtures. A warm welcome with smiling staff. The cuisine, of Canadian inspiration, allowed us to travel. The Salde cobb followed by La Poutine revisited with excellent local products had its effect . The gravlax was delicious. The perfectly rare sirloin accompanied by a homemade béarnaise. In the glasses, the organic Chardonnay, Bourgueil and Côte du Rhône were perfect to accompany starters and main courses. "We have enjoyed a pleasant moment, an excellent meal, tasty dishes and beautiful balances in our plates.
