I'm not sure what to say. It could be fantastic. I made a reservation and then received a phone call informing me that they were closed. It's great that they called, but it would be better if they didn't advertise as open. Ver carta

Ordered delivery, extremely small portion but expensive. The bubble tea tastes cheap and powdery but the price is same as proper freshly-made ones. Avoid!
