"After a 15 euro taxi drive to arrive on time for our reservation, we were shown to our table. Within 90 seconds of sitting down, the wait person approached us THREE times to ask if we were ready to order. After her third visit, I informed her, in Italian, that my guests did not speak Italian and we have been trying to download their online-only English menu. She gave us the internet information, which failed to work. She never returned. After multiple efforts to get her attention (she was clearly now ignoring us), and waiting 30 minutes, I walked over to the owner and told him we were no longer willing to wait and that we were leaving the restaurant. No apology from him either, We passed the wait person on our way out and she saluted our departure with her middle finger. Spend your money elsewhere in Bologna!"

Only one table was occupied when I entered, but it was quite late on a Sunday evening. I had a pasta dish, I cannot remember which, and some bread. It was OK, but nothing special. Initially the waiters were attentive and service was good, but when it came time to pay the bill, I had to ask 3 different waiters before I got it.
