"When we arrived, our reservation was unrecognized, despite having confirmation from OpenTable. We waited an hour for a table, and others who arrived after us were seated first. Once we were finally taken to our table, we were served tea and coffee, but no food. The drinks were cold by the time our meal arrived about 15-20 minutes later. The scones were hard as rocks—one woman at a nearby table even joked that she could use hers to signal SOS. We had to ask for cutlery for the Eton mess and the gateau, which was quite frustrating. To top it all off, no one offered an apology for the poor service. Overall, it was an experience I wouldn't want to repeat!"

When we arrived, there was no reservation, despite having an open confirmation. We waited an hour for our table, while other guests who arrived after us were seated first. When we finally got to our table, we were served tea and coffee, but there was no food. The tea and coffee were cold by the time our meal arrived 15 to 20 minutes later. The dishes were rock-hard; a woman at the next table even remarked that she could knock someone out with hers. There was no cutlery for our meal or dessert until we asked for it. To top it all off, there was a complete lack of apology from the staff. This was an experience we won’t be repeating!
