Beautiful hotel and cream tea. Shame the weather was rubbish and we couldn’t go outside. Staff were very polite and attentive and always around to help

The decoration is stunning, and the service from both the reception and waitstaff is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The food and drinks are amazing. I will definitely be returning!

we visited the sunborn yacht for afternoon tea after a Christmas gift. very enjoyed. the afternoon tea was fantastic that included sandwiches, scones and other sweet tasty. also a few glasses prosecco and tea/coffee was available. the personal was very pleasant, courteous and courteous. would highly recommend. we even consider a night on the yacht at our next visit to london.

We had purchased the afternoon tea for two, which included a signature cocktail for everyone. However, when we inquired about what was included, we were told it was just a glass of prosecco. I was taken aback because I had specifically noted it was supposed to be a cocktail. When the afternoon tea arrived, the presentation was lovely, and the cakes were delicious. However, the sandwiches were more like regular lunch sandwiches rather than the traditional finger sandwiches you'd expect for afternoon tea. Although the ambiance was pleasantly quiet, my main focus was on the poor quality of customer service throughout the visit. Ver carta
