Amazing service, wonderful tea. You were not rushed. A fab way to spend a Saturday afternoon

The room was quite uninviting and felt more like a waiting area. The service seemed to be more focused on the younger, more attractive guests rather than on older patrons like us.

However, I found the FOOD to be the main issue. Given the price of £65 per person for an afternoon tea set, I expected better quality. We opted for the Queen Classic set, but the game pie was incredibly dry, and the toast for the 'unlimited' sandwiches was also very dry. On a positive note, the fillings were creative, showing that some thought was put into them. When it comes to the pastries, I was disappointed with the color choices reflecting the 'holiday theme'—the strange green frosting meant to represent a Christmas tree and the bright pink embellishment on the cherry were unappealing. Additionally, the texture didn't match the price tag. The scones, on the other hand, were delightful...
