We loved this restaurant. They accommodated our vegan request. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding

Super to return to one of our favourite restaurants. A warm welcome as always, fabulous setting, really helpful team and delicious, innovative , dishes, beautifully presented. Service was very friendly and the whole experience was excellent, really good value for money. A true delight to return thank you!

Such a lovely experience. Proprietors have created a thoughtful menu and lovely ambience. We went with teenagers who are difficult to impress and they found it cool. The food was really tasty and it was good value for money. A must visit. However it is a bit out of the way, 10 mins by car from Cortona. They also make their own wines and other products.

We have a property in the area and have tried often over the years for a reservation at short notice but had previously been unsuccessful. We were fortunate this time and boy was it worth the wait. The setting and the meal were both stunning. The dishes were creative, well prepared and beautifully presented. House wine was great. We will absolutely be back and we’ll ensure we book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

we stayed in this restaurant one summer evening and we had the luck to dine in the garden of this farm. The outdoor environment is really very well maintained and nothing left to chance. The menu offers both traditional dishes and revisits. Abbondate and delicious was the agrisalotto appetizer (for people). Good first and good also to meat. Only sins the service not very precise: the bread was brought to us once finished the appetizer as well as the wine required on the arrival of the second but arrived at the end of the meal. Off to the head without dessert.

Read glowing reviews about this place. Excited to go especially since there were many gluten-free options for some people in our group. The table next to us had not gotten their complete order for 2 hours when they finally did, it was the wrong thing! We were pretty worried after hearing their story. Although our food came in a timely manner, it was extremely unimpressive. It was very average tasting. Nothing stood out. The gluten free friends ordered “homemade” gnocchi which was so chewy and processed, they didn’t eat it. Location was beautiful but that not enough of a reason to go...

We ate dinner at Agrisalotto and were greeted upon arrival with a complimentary drink. For starters we had the vegetarian puff pastry filled with different vegetables and a vegetarian mixed plate with lasagne, crepes, soup, leek and other compositions. The starter was experimental yet classic and bursting with flavor. For main we had the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and tagliata with green peppercorns and rosemary. The meat was a bit rare for my taste at first but it was no problem for the kitchen to have it prepared according to my preferences. For dessert we shared the pineapple in port wine. I returned for the third time in this beautiful farm! first time on the journey of couple, the next in with the family, as well as the latter! place that always remained in our heart! everything has a detailed care behind: from spacious apartments and special charm, to the external location, to take your breath away not to mention the kitchen! really indescribable! I recommend starting with appetizers! the top is undoubtedly “the delicious” minimum people! an explosion of gouits, between savory pies, deformed, mini truffle cracks, lasagnetta di potato e gorgonzola, pasta fillo al curry, mini tartare, velvet and other unique things! also excellent pasta where you can find daisies, sacks, ravi...

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 5) spending two and a half weeks in Tuscany. We are staying near Cortona and researched places to go for dinner. Agrisalotto came highly rated. We liked the look of it due to its rural location, use of natural and locally sourced ingredients and it's track record. On arrival we were really impressed. The gardens are lovely with lots of open and safe space for children to explore. It even includes animals which our kids loved. We booked for 715 and were sat at a nice table very promptly.
