I could swallow a mixed appetizer served on a stendino, including cold meats, cheeses, gardener, simil mustarda. all very scenic and personally appreciated for the quality of the products present. Passing then for a rough cut and grain, also very good and quality. only thing, I would have liked a cooking to the blood rather than average (specified at the time of order), and to enhance the cut as well as the beauty of it, the rocket served under the cut or at the limit at the side. because as it was hung, that is, with the rocket that literally covered the meat in my opinion, it did not give visual importance to the ingredient prince.
