"I've been going to this farmhouse restaurant for years, but it's been a while since I've been away, I was pleasantly surprised by the nice renovation carried out. We went on Sunday. We had lunch on the external veranda which was well insulated with plexiglass, we were nice and warm, it also made the whole atmosphere very welcoming and the view of the hills was wonderful and bright. I was with friends and a 3 year old child, we ate divinely! We chose the menus so as to have more choice. The first riot of genuine flavors, the green tagliatelle with truffles, my absolute favorite! Then the meat was very good!! We had the barbecue Mixed but what was the most cut it!! 10 and praise!! Perfectly cooked medium a butter! Soft and good!! We then had sweets and coffee and bitters, we didn't have anything in the aisles! Furthermore, they provided us with containers for so much stuff that we didn't finish but which we ate at home the next day! Then afterwards, to digest, I recommend a nice walk in the mineral water park, in the middle of the Imola racetrack. You can admire nature, animals, games for children. Also before without children we went a little earlier in the sun to the tables on the front lawn where we enjoyed a drink. The owner was an exquisite and courteous person, always smiling!! I highly recommend it!! Food drinks: Optimal Service: 5 Location: 5"

I went to this farm exclusively for lunch and I ate divinely. The courses were tasty and plentiful (I attach some photos). Possibility of free parking at the farmhouse. Hotel highlights: Quiet

We took the potato cappellacci and Fossa cheese fondue: the pasta was VERY al dente, the fondue perhaps remained in the kitchen, after 45 minutes the grilled meat arrived... nothing exceptional, the pork had a strange flavour, perhaps the aromas?.... We slept one night and also had dinner. Excellent tagliatelle with ragù, pumpkin pie and pit cheese much less so, too peppery and dry, the pit cheese could have been reduced to cream instead of flakes to accompany the pie. Clean place, large room, varied and plentiful breakfast. Good yoghurts and fruit juices, honey, less coffee, croissants and cured meats Possible to purchase garden products Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 3

Went to eat at this I can BAD EXPERIENCE I ask for a potato pie it was so cooked that if it stood for another 2 minutes it turned to stone On the menu I decide to choose the POTATO TORTELLO WITH FOSSA CHEESE FONDUE and the dish arrives with a RAVIOLO floating in butter and some CHEESE WHICH WAS EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOSSA GRATED ONTO IT GRILLED MEAT OF POOR QUALITY ANOTHER FARMHOUSE FULL OF FAKE REVIEWS IN MY OPINION Service: 1 Location: 3

I had dinner with my wife in the restaurant on the evening of January 5th '24, we didn 't miss anything, just to test the place, we left with an excellent platter full of cured meats, Romagna piadina (in good quantity) matured and fresh cheese and also a delicious sauce, which started off very well (I told myself) then a first course each (lasagna is a fairytale) then the second course, the mutton stew stewed with potatoes, hot and tasty, enchanted me (this type of preparation is very rare to find) and finally the dessert, I have to give everything a 5/5 and compliment the cook and the courteous and helpful service. The test convinced us to bring the whole extended family (there will be 14 o...

"I ate in La Hostaria 900, an elegant place that provides a full menu of meat or fish. Orazio Galanti, owner and a lover and promoter of the region and its food, has spent his life among his family’s kitchens and vineyards,. He is passionate about getting and serving the best. He serves D.O.C. (Certified Origin) products, importing from other parts of Italy when necessary. He also is a gifted sommelier. With a few questions, he decided on a wine for me: Red or white? Heavy or light? Still or bubbly? The menu is extraordinary. Its high points are its inclusion of local beef, pork, mutton, and wild boar as well as the extensive selection of local cheeses, and the expert combination of mushrooms, chestnuts, pistachios, and fruit with the many manifestations of handmade pasta, many of which are filled. As an appetizer, I had the crispy polenta bits with Squacquerone cheese. The crispiness of the polenta with the fresh cream cheese was a perfect pairing. The risotto with white truffles and porcini mushrooms that I had as my primo piatto unlocked a world of flavors. My meat dish was a mixed grill of local beef, lamb, and free-range pork. The quality of the meat came across with a clear and penetrating gustatory bang. The pleasure of my meal at the highly reviewed and highly rated Hostaria 900 was only matched by the pleasure of meeting and talking with Orazio. It was a privilege to feel his enthusiasm and dedication to his region and its food."
