Very nice place, mostly recommended; the true spirit of Gallura. Amazing food and hospitality. The zuppa gallurese Was very aboundant, the house wine was very good. The garden has plenty of fresh herbs and plants.

simply wonderful. unique and very suggestive location, for an instant it seems to be really back in time and away from the lights and the stress of the city. the dinner based on typical products of Sardinian cuisine was delicious and was prepared with all local food and products. given the exclusivity of the place I recommend you to book well in advance.

Zabè is for sure one of the best farmhouse I ever visit. Deeply connected with the nature, it represents in the best way the soul of Gallura, a precious area in the North of Sardinia. An amazing culinary experience! Everything is homemade, starting with the local charcuterie which is family production, ending with the crunchy “porcetto” (roasted suckling pig) and delicious deserts! For sure a place to try!!!

We could not express enough our gratitude for the work these people do for the others like us to experience natural and tasting food. We were welcomed with big and candid smile in a lovely atmosphere. We were offered appetizers all made and grown by them, traditional pasta and dessert, goat, pork, sheep, all of them so tasty that we left nothing in our plates.
