I live in Milan and I am in France for a trip to Provence with my companion and my little dog. We had the evil of the country and we found this Italian trattoria in Beaucaire. We enjoyed it so much on the first evening for dinner that we returned the next evening and even for lunch. What more? Everything is great, from real Italian cuisine with local ingredients. I strongly recommend tagliatelles with clams or shrimps and pistachio, but also hangs them with truffles, but fried fish mixed (we feel it is very fresh is a trip to paradise! But we, Italians, cannot enjoy our meals without a good wine. I therefore strongly recommend a Sicilian white wine called Maltese piano tenuta rapitalia. But... Ver carta
