"Cibo perfetto, cordialità, gentilezza ed attenzione in tutto e per tutto,.. anche verso Billà, la buonissima, educatissima e socievolissima pelosona biondo/focata che per problemi personali da tempo mi accompagna! Scelta aziendale questa ben segnalata dall'esplicativo, divertente e simpatico cartello situato all'ingresso oltre che dalle chiare risposte prenotando, a differenza di altre realtà che per scelta non ne accettano la presenza, e/o subdolamente non lo dichiarano e fino a quando non arrivi sulla porta e forse trovi un cartello appeso che ne sancisce la regola venendone bruscamente edotto... e sei quasi costretto ad accettare compromessi odiosi in special modo se arrivi da lontano, non conosci a sufficienza la zona e quindi non sai dove andare a parare! Da parte mia d'ora in poi non mancherò di segnalare questa pratica poco simpatica nelle mie recensioni: I Ristoratori e le Comunità che non accettano o invidono per motivi conosciuti solo a loro questi nostri compagni quadrupedi e/o evitano di puntualizzarlo e far conoscere in maniera adeguata la loro politica aziendale, facendo così cadere nel loro trappolone subdolo viaggiatori/turisti/clienti e anche amici costringendoli a ricorrere ad altre scelte, facendo spesso far fare agli stessi figure barbine presso amici ed ospiti meritano lo stesso rispetto e servizio!"

"nothing to say about atmosphere, attention to detail, culinary proposals and professionalism. I recommend the excellent calfskin. Honestly, I just found the prices a little too high. I expected, moreover, that having found a hair in the tartare they made it forgive offering us at least one digestive, but so it was not. "I must say that starting my long weekend of relaxation, in such a magical place, surrounded by 360° of the Dolomites, having an amazing SPA and such a spectacular beer in a few meters, is a great holiday start! It is immediately understood to have to deal with a quality room when you enter and perceive the warmth and flavors of the typical cuisine of Cadore and Belluno. Beer is delicious, an unfiltered hacker Pschorr memorable, service is courteous and friendly and food is the end of the world! I had the chance to taste the typical pastin and the cheese on the plate, with contours of beans to the bird and cooked cappucci. Everything really spectacular! There's not much more to add... if you're passing through or stopping at Borca di Cadore, a stop at Bauce is really necessary!"

"Grande assortimento di primi preparati con creatività e raffinatezza. Il menù predilige prodotti locali e di stagione, ho apprezzato molto il loro tipo di polenta e burrata. Dessert curatissimi con note di gelato e per chi preferisce i dolci hanno anche le millefoglie. Degustazione di grappe locali e sherry secco. Personale cortese e luogo molto pulito. I celiaci e i vegani non rimarranno insoddisfatti dato che viene proposto anche un piccolo menù giornaliero con prodotti idonei per loro."

"We found this place while we were walking the bike path that runs behind the town and connects all the way to Austria. They don't open for dinner until 6:30 or is it 7:00, so just take some time for a leisurely view of the mountain while watching the town bike past with their children or stroll down the path, while alsodrinking a spritz on their front porch. It is a good place to people watch and it seems like the bike path is where the town hangs out away from the busy road that passes through the middle of town. They only had one server and it was hard to catch his attention. But once we got served, the food was amazing. I had spatzle al Tirolese it was small little green dumplings with a type of charcuterie (ham? and an incredible delicious sauce. I fell in love with it. My friend got a Tirtlain. It was the size of an empanada filled with spinach and fried. It came with brie and arugula salad. It was also delicious. A very relaxful evening."
