We stopped for a drink at the bar, thinking about going to dinner for a pizza. and instead we stayed at dinner at the alpine tavern with great surprise for the goodness of food. the first dishes between tortelli al cervo, risotto with porcini and involtini to the roe absolutely impeccable, delicious! superior and sweet home wine. tart with cream and almonds from the water. fantastic! in more quality great price! excellent restaurant, we have supper all the nights of our stay in Vermiglio, perfectly clean apartment; typical dishes of the Trentino cuisine and not from the first to dessert always served with care and extremely delicious but at the same time very digestible; a note on all you owe to meat, always cooked differently. Food drinks: È un piccolo albergo con ristorante a conduzione familiare consigliatissimo. Molto pulito e titolari molto gentili. Il mangiare è ottimo molto curato con pasta e dolci fatti in casa. Il ristorante è conosciuto anche perché fanno una torta di patate, da prenotare, la migliore della Val di Sole. Ci sono stata con la mia famiglia ed i parenti a ferragosto e ci siamo trovati divinamente. Anche i prezzi sono molto buoni visto le pietanze proposte curatissime e con prodotti del territorio sempre freschissimi. Ci sono tornata con la famiglia altre volte e ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene. La prossima volta che mi troverò in Val di Sole ci ritornerò senz'altro.

I would have given six stars if they were there. Spacious, stylish and clean rooms, relaxation area perfectly maintained and with a truly top view, with a really attentive service from the staff who will put you at ease in every situation, from the SPA, to the restaurant, reception service and wherever you need them. And as if all this is not enough, they are also excellent in the kitchen with dishes that will leave a great satisfaction to the palate. From our arrival to the start, I saw only quality service ' and so much desire to do their job well. We visited in low season (maggio forwardto) but seeing the organization I am sure that if they fall well even in high season. Bravo!

3-night stay with half board. We found each other beautifully. Family management hotel, all from the smallest to the biggest really kind and very helpful. Large and spacious room with spectacular views to the mountains. Breakfast not buffet but however they brought to the table the right calorie intake first with the dessert, then if you also wanted the salty, or only, they also brought that. Dinner variegated but with little possibility of typical dishes, but still excellent delicacies. Me and my company will be very glad to return even for a greeting because these managers deserve so much. Typical Trentino menu. choice: the fantastic four (canederlo, strangolapreti, tagliatelle with deer ragù and pumpkin tortelli), roe with polenta and mushrooms; caneder them with melted butter and sauerkraut, sausage with potatoes and sauerkraut. all very good, tasty and well seasoned. the only dish that didn't really convince me was the pretty weak pumpkin pies. this is one of our traditional dishes, which we share with the mantovans, therefore...
