"Great concept of eating Swiss specialties in a heated télécabine on the terrace overlooking the lakeside. The food was excellent and the Chef went out of his way to welcome us. The service was a bit slow and being outdoors in a closed télécabine made it difficult to order while the wait staff were working mostly indoors. I had to call the hotel restaurant/lounge to order which was a little awkward. Overall, I would definitely recommend a try!"

Service is nonexistent. Waitresses preferred to chat at the bar than look after the customers. Dim sums were soggy and mushy, schnitzel was dry and nearly burnt. Definitely went downhill

the older gentleman was very inconspicuous and rude. I arrived in my shoes (especially I wear for comfort as I am pregnant. shortly before I ordered dessert, he pulled the extra chair at our table on one side and added another table, which was very rude and inappropriate despite the unpre-communicated communication. very unobtrusive and poorly managed. my mother I chose not to order the dessert and leave early.
