Terrible delivery service. Waited 1.5 hours for my order, which they then cancelled on Just Eat Why wait 1.5 hours to then cancel my order? Rude.

I waited an hour and a half for my order to arrive only for it to be cancelled. Wasn't charged but would have appreciated more notice so I could have ordered from somewhere else instead.

This ice cream is truly unique and delicious. The subtle heat from the Tabasco adds a nice little kick to the creamy, sweet base. It's definitely worth trying for anyone who likes a bit of heat in their desserts. Ver carta

Ordered tonight double fish supper steak pie supper cold when arrived 17 chips YES 17 now I’m not for counting chips but omg big box little chips enough said !!!! Will not be ordering from here again save your money folks Lx

I don't know if it was because of new owners or not, but the guy that used to run this place like 2 years ago did a fantastic job. Really friendly and fantastic food. Now its just terrible. Amazing how fast it went down hill the moment I no longer saw him anymore.

If I could give stars I would. Honestly the worst customer service in the world both women in the shop have a serious attitude problem and clearly need staff. The food isn't even warm or cooked properly when arrived. Today I waited from 7pm for my kids dinner it arrived at half past 9. So it been sent back and thats not the first ive heard about late deliveries and the food not being warm. Yous seriously need to think about quiting while ur ahead Ver carta

One star too good waited over two and a half hours for a delivery on three occasions I called chase up and i was told it was going out the door waited half an hour each time I then called to see where my order was again and told the same story after giving it another half an hour not being truthful and no customer service would not recommend them also brought the wrong items when I finally got my order left my number for manager to call me back as staff just cheeky with the exception of one gentleman who took down my details and agreed it was unacceptable

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered at 7pm didn't arrived till 9pm. Rang twice to see where my food was, had a young woman answer and say it was quite busy but food is on its way now, was barely interested at all on the phone as well. Rang back an hour later to see again where my food was another woman answered and said it had just been made and the reason why it was late was because the computer since hadn't processed it through. Obviously lying as they've obviously forgot about the order. When food arrived, food was barely lukewarm. The black pudding was like eating cardboard. The place has went Downhill since these clowns have taken over. The food is poor and nothing like it was with the previous owner.I went in yesterday as I was starving and thought I’d give them a chance to redeem themselves only when I went in the young dark haired girl with the false eyelashes seemed to deliberately ignore myself and the guy in front. A big fat guy was too busy yapping behind the side counter and the dirty looking geezer with the number 4 buzz cut was yapping away to another greasy looking employee so I walked out in disgust.
