We have two before. carbonara and cacio and pepper. two versions very but very good of the first most loved of roma. Nice staff. prices a little higher than average. But I think it's worth it.

the history of Italian cuisine. alfredo fettuccine is a unique dish that is absolutely worth trying. it will certainly not be the best dish you eat but you will find nothing like it. I add very elegant service and extremely competent staff.

we returned this year after positive experience last year. carbonara and amatriciana exceptional fettuccine at the Alfredo we took them for the first time. I think you're absolutely hot. I've been bothered by the water. have both the bottled bottle (4 euro) and the flake bottled by them (2 euro). of their own initiative they brought the bottle without proposing us the choice. this before even leaving us the menus where to discover the difference. the famous fettuccine outdoors are more good than they feared, given their fame abroad, instead it is a dish that (if you choose to add the truffle, which almost doubles the price) comes almost 40€. the menu is not vast but the proposals seem interesting, like the peanut tortelli with cheek. Although it can boast of being an important piece of culinary history, the local has no scandalous prices even considering its so central location. the staff fortunately is not ingested and very friendly, so you are easily comfortable.

the comment refers to the only dishes indicated. the famous tagliatelle instead the ravioli with the figs and the cotoletta to Milanese were without infamy and without praise. the chicken with pepper cutlet gave the idea of being assembled at the moment with heated ingredients and without amalgam, but it was, after my observations, extrapolated from the account that therefore amounted to 97€ for two first, a second,1 contour,1 water,bread,1/2 bottle of normal white wine and a glass of prosecco. a plausion instead for the particularly kind and professional waiters. I expected more!!!! I note that while eating inside I was not checked the green pass.

I sat in this restaurant for a business dinner invited by foreign colleagues. being Roman I always look with distrust the restaurants of the center because often they turn out to be trivial traps for tourists. after tasting half menu from appetizer to dessert I can say that I was fully believed! I was offered an impeccable experience, both for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, and for the quality of food!
