"The inn is located next to the centenary town hall of Jüterbog on the eastern side of the market square. The old ladder car falls in the eye with the forge and the devil from the medieval saga, which gave his name to the inn. The restaurant overlooking the late Gothic town hall is very cozy with the work, the many wood and equipment from the past. The not too extensive menu offers dishes of German and regional cuisine with intermediate prices (maximum 16.60 euros). There is also a small international special map as well as daily and seasonal offers. Since the asparagus season had just begun, I decided to offer the seasonal offer: asparagus with carvings and salt potatoes, sauce Hollandaise or brown butter, the whole for 14.90 euros. To bridge the normal waiting period, a little warm onion cake was added as a greeting from the kitchen. The asparagus court was very good, but I found 4 bars asparagus for the price very clear. "I always found it very nice and tasty there, and because I was the first to eat with my man, our little wedding party should take place there. 2 months in advance, all agreed. since 3 weeks I've been trying to call there, but nobody goes to the phone. "Sehr leckere und vor allem preiswerte Pizza. Habe heute Sonntag als ich spontan in einer Pension um die Ecke eingecheckt habe, mir bei dieser Pizzeria eine Margherita bestellt zum abholen. Personal sehr freundlich, wurde begrüßt und verabschiedet, mir persönlich doch sehr wichtig, das zeigt dass man eine gute Kinderstube genossen hat. Die Pizza Margherita war in 10 Minuten fertig, super lecker und sehr bekömmlich. War auch richtig schwer der Karton. Der Preis von 7,50. Euro lachhaft, bei uns am Bodensee mittlerweile fast überall schon 9,50 10. Euro. Wenn ich demnächst wieder beim Kollegen in Luckenwalde bin, komme ich gerne nochmals hier vorbei, der Weg ist es mir wert. Schönen Gruß Richard"
